Bones really gets around

What I remember about this story was that it was kirk/bones with bones/others and bones has a kid (almost positive). It was mostly set at the academy and in one specific scene Jim walks in on Bones and another woman and she gets off on it and encourages him to watch and Bones rolls with it.
