Two longish K/S fics, 1 short

When I first got into this fandom about 4 months ago a read a lot and book marked a little. This was a bad combination. I'm currently laid up and wanting to revisit some good fic, and I can't remember what they are. 

1) Jim is injured on an away mission and nearly bleeds out. Spock refuses to leave him. After the rescue, Spock has himself arrested and court-marshaled. Kirk undoes it pretty much as soon as he regains consciousness. The Romulans were involved, one of which had had reconstructive surgery. Vegetable silo's re-modeled to store weaponry. - FOUND

2) During one of the later parts/chapters of this fic the Admiralty finds out that Jim and Spock are in a relationship. Kirk is informed that if they had know he was gay he never would have gotten the ship. He tells them that he identified himself as bi when he enlisted and it had never been a problem. The conversation in recorded and eventually leaked to the media. I think it ends up sparking some house cleaning in the fleet. - FOUND

3)  Short. Jim keeps on climbing into Spock's bed. To Sleep. Spock is Frustrated. - FOUND

I suspect that I'm actually going to be embarrassed that I couldn't come up with the titles of these on my own.
(Yes, I am embarrassed.)

Probably not what you're looking for, as this one's rather a long fic, but I can't *not* suggest it, as this is the only fic I've read that has Jim crawling into bed with Spock for the purpose of sleeping. Awesome fic, you should read it, even if it's not the one you're looking for. :)
