This is a wip, but what it has so far is hilarious and worth keeping up with. It's called L/A/S (http://rageprufrock.dreamwidth.org/tag/las) and it's about Spock being asked by Starfleet to go undercover as a hooker to infiltrate a slave trafficking ring and he must take hooker classes to be a believable . HILARIOUS!
