A Bump in the Night (http://archiveofourown.org/works/131493) -- In which Kirk and Spock have adopted a Vulcan boy. They've had him for like 5 yrs already and he's only 10, so they're established as a family. The dynamics are ridiculously in character and adorable. Kirk speaks Vulcan, respects his son's need for space, but still coddles the hell out of him (which the kid secretly loves and Spock can be jealous of). It's a one-shot, Halloween themed (Kirk takes his son trick-or-treating). There are a million melt your heart moments and smut at the end.
Imprint (http://archiveofourown.org/works/105814/chapters/145674) -- Spock gets de-aged. Kirk becomes something of a hero and eventual crush to Spock. It's a surprisingly serious take on the usually cracky trope. It's a WIP, but there's a lot written already. Again, great characterizations, especially Kirk who comes across as caring and competant. There are a lot of fluff moments (sharing of beds >_<).
