startrekficfinder | FOUND: Spock/Uhura: Vulcan Meeting

Hello. I'm looking for a story where Spock and Uhura take part in a meeting of Vulcans to figure something out. I can't remember where the were meeting.

Scenes I definitely remember:
1) Uhura deciding that she would stay in the meeting room and not take breaks since all the visiting Vulcans look down on her for being human (and maybe female but I'm not sure); she doesn't want to give them the satisfaction b/c she has to leave to stretch or use the restroom

2) Spock making Uhura leave to stretch and use the restroom after several hours of work

3) A visiting Vulcan hitting on Uhura several times once by offering her a neck massage; eventually he pins against a wall and tries to bond with her without her permission and Spock stops him

Scenes that MIGHT be this story
1) The visiting Vulcan messing with Uhura is an old tormentor of Spock's

2) Spock and Uhura are already dating or they get together after he saves her

3) The visiting Vulcan standing behind Uhura as she is bending over stretching outside the room
