Full Circle by Killa fits the first request and it's also post-TMP - not quite a first time but kind of close - "The sequel to "Turning Point." V'Ger brings Kirk and Spock back together, but can they get past the damage done and start over again? Originally posted in 1997. Also appeared in T'hy'la 20."
