[STXI] Valentine's Day + Scotty-centric

I would like help finding stories that focus on the two things below. Fic recs. Stories you liked the best. Not looking for all fics pertaining to the topics.

1. Valentine's Day: Pairings: Kirk/McCoy, Kirk/Sulu, or Pike/Number One.

2. Scotty-centric. Different sides/explore the character, background, what makes him a great (chief) engineer/learn more about what he does on the Enterprise, stories that show off his sense of humor. Stories like that. (Recall my request for McCoy-centric fics.)

It's a valentine story based on another story of that author's amazing version of mirror!universe. Really good MU!Kirk/MU!McCoy.
