Secret Vulcan Mating Rituals (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5452622/1/Secret_Vulcan_Mating_Rituals) has a wink, wink, nudge nudge mention of the Tenth Doctor teaching at the academy using his John Smith alias but it's not a heavy Who/Reboot crossover.
