Looking for fic

I'm pretty sure it's a one-shot, but I could be wrong. It takes place right after the Narada is destroyed, when the Enterprise is on its way back to Earth. The damage to Jim's throat after the events of the movie is a lot worse than he thought, and he faints. Spock feels all guilty. That's about all I can remember.
