Spock/Mirror!Spock search

I remember reading a Kirk/Spock fic long ago where Mirror Spock ended up on the ship (reboot verse I believe) or Spock goes to Mirror Verse to save Kirk. There is a scene where Spock encounters Mirror Spock, they fight and Mirror Spock sexually stimulates him. Someone in fandom secrets mentioned liking self cest and that fic I read came to mind, but I don't remember the title, author or have the link to send to the OP.
