Looking for Chakotay/Tom Paris

Basically the plot was Tom did something stupid, I don't remember what, and was punished by being assigned to this evil person who kept docking him for 'insubordination' and being given more and more shifts and being stuck on the night shift. I think he might of been a marquis? And in engineering? I'm not sure. It's been years since I read this. To the point where he never had time to see his friends, sleep, eat or do anything but work. Also it was all the night shift. And then he became sick or fainted or something and then everyone noticed he'd been worked to death and felt really bad about it.

Does this ring a bell for anyone at all? I remember finding it on a rec site, but now I'm having no luck at all finding it again... I hope someone can help me out..
