Vulcan Kirk and Human Spock?

I'm looking for a fic I remember reading that was not-quite-bodyswap. Kirk was still himself, blonde with blue eyes, but he was a Vulcan. Spock might have been turned human at the same time. Pretty sure there was a pon farr plot somewhere in there. Apologies for being so vague but it's been quite a while since I remember reading this fic.

Could it be ladyblahblah's Through Blind Men's Eyes (http://archiveofourown.org/works/329721/chapters/532085)? Body!swap fics have never been a favorite of mine, so this is the only one I could think of!

I also seem to remember another fic where Kirk experiences something similar to Pon Farr, but it was an old TOS story on the KS Archive, so I don't think it could be the one you're searching for.
