S/K AOS universe ST:IX

I am looking for a specific fic that I can't remember too much about, but I'm pretty sure that there was a Kirk/Spock pairing in it. It's another fic of them meeting at the academy, fighting Nero, and aftermath. The one thing that I do remember for certain was when Kirk wasn't sure if Spock was gonna decide to come back or not to be his first officer, and that Vulcans who were also cadets...? at the star fleet academy wanted to be part of the crew of the Enterprise which made the crew one-third Vulcan. I think there was also a part where Nurse Chapel and McCoy made a deal that she would only be on the Enterprise crew b/c she wanted to study Spock's biology since he's human/Vulcan; please help?

Sadly no, it doesn't mention anywhere of Vulcan cadets asking to be part of the Enterprise crew and having more Vulcans in it than any other crewship, it also only has a somewhat aftermath of the 2009 au movie, but thanks though, it was a great read!
