looking for an old fic?

I stumbled across a recommendation for 'Subtracting Stars' by coffee_muse. Unfortunately, coffee_muse has either 'locked the post' or pulled it down. I've done a bit of searching and every link sends me to coffee_muse's page.


Is story available elsewhere? As I said all my searches have been fruitess, any help or hints or... would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The Wayback Machine saves snapshots of the net at various times; they sometimes have a saved version of an old page. When I put your link into it, I got this:

okay... now I am beyond frustrated... it would appear that only part 1 of 6 is available via the wayback machine - sigh

ETA - okay - I found part 4, 5 and 6. Now I'm just missing parts 2 & 3.

I'm sorry you're frustrated, but I can't create files on the Wayback Machine that aren't there. If they didn't take a snapshot of those pages, then they didn't.

Perhaps someone else will reply who's saved the story -- maybe you could contact the person who recommended it and see if they've saved it?
