Spock/Sarek Fic

I know, I know, disturbing pairing. But it's driving me CRAZY that I can't find this fic! I'm pretty sure it was posted at newtrekslash. Here's the basic summary:

Spock is in Pon Farr and is dying from the bloodfever. Sarek comes to his aide. It's bottom!Spock and top!Sarek.

Does anybody recognize this?

This is totaLLY THE FIC that I have also been looking for and seriously could not for the life of me find. I feel like such a weirdo for wanting this story but it really became more about finding the damn thing than even reading it because I can find anything on the internet but I could not. find. this.
