Are there any fics where Starfleet helps/encourages the relationship between Kirk and Spock? Not because there is much Awww, they are adorable going around, but something along the line it's necessary for Starfleet to survive - what I mean is for example a meeting in a dark alley from members of Section 32 with the following dialog: You are tellin' me we've changed history 5 times, accused the temporal investigation dudes of messing all up and all the time the key to avoid the destruction of the universe was if Kirk and Spock are screwin' ?

Are there any stories out there in which George Kirk survives somehow, or where Jim Kirk travels to the past and meets him? I really want to read fics where George gets to see who his son has become, but anything will do. I would like them to be in the Reboot!verse as I am not familiar with TOS.
