I am looking for a few type of stories all in the new Star Trek universe:
1) I am looking for any stories where Jim hears the last few moments of his father's life.
I prefer gen or slash

2) I am looking for stories where in the first Film (AU) Nero recognizes Jim when he is standing next to Spock on the bridge and perhaps mentions/hints at a relationship between Spock and Jim. Or any stories where Nero Recognizes Jim during that scene.

3)can anyone recommend any stories where Vulcan was warned due to Jim to evacuate asap? Or due to Jim's and the crews actions were able to save more Vulcans than shown in the films?

4) Also I read a fic where Kirk had a hand in building the Enterprise; programming, engineering, etc. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I'm looking for fics where George is either resurrected or pushed to the future somehow after the Kelvin was destroyed.

I've gone through all the fics tagged with 'George Kirk' and can't quite find what I'm looking for. I'd like either gen or Kirk/Spock, completed or WIPs that are updated at least fairly regularly, and well written fics that stick to basic spelling or grammar. One's that spell McCoy's name as 'Lenard' are definitely a no-no ;D. I'd also like to see some George confronting Winona over her less than stellar (or outright neglectful) parenting and some Kirk family feels.

I apologise if this is too specific and if a fic like this doesn't exist then that's okay. I just figured if it was out there then the wonderful people in this community would be able to help find it!

I am looking for 2 different themed fics:

1) Are there any fics, preferably Slash or Gen, where Jim Kirk hears the last conversation his father and mother have before the Kelvin crashes?

2) I vaguely remember a fic or 2 where Nero recognizes both Spock then Jim, Slash if I remember correctly. I think one of them was where Nero wanted Spock but was rejected. Does anyone know which ones? It has been awhile since last read.

Or any Slash or gen fics where Nero recognizes Jim as well.

Help? Please and Thank you.

Also are there any fics where Reboot Kirk gets to meet/speak to his father? To have him say that he is proud of him, etc?

I am looking for a fic. I'm pretty sure I've asked for this before but I've lost the bookmark.

The specific scene I remember is that Sam has left home as a teenager to live with his grandfather in another state. Winona wants to send Jim to live there as well when she gets new orders, but Sam has forged a new life, has a girlfriend and is enjoying himself there and doesn't want his little brother to come stay so he asks her not to send him. I think she sends Jim to Tarsus. Sam is away at college and receives word from his grandfather about what happened to the colony and to Jim and Sam rushes back to Iowa to wait at the house for Winona to bring Jim home.

Sound familiar? If so, I'd sure appreciate help locating it. I promise to save the bookmark.

1) I'm looking for a fic where Jim is losing a battle in space, so he commands the crew to evacuate the ship but stays to protect them while they escape

it was in a situation like his father, and he was remembering him and thinking that he knows now how his dad felt.

and I think it was jim/spock and spock didn't want to leave but he left and in the end jim didn't die?

It's driving me crazy until I find it, please help *-*

Please someone tell me that there is. Jim's Daddy is the God of Thunder! Jim has undiscovered lightening powers! Allergies because his daddy was an Asguardian! Oh the possibilities!!

I'm wondering if anyone would be nice enough to provide me with any links to some good McCoy/Kirk stories. I don't care how lengthy they are, I'd just like a good description in the rec and I also have no prefrence of who tops and who bottoms. I do prefer reboot fics.

Also, are there any George Kirk fics? He can be paired with anyone, I'm just interested in seeing them.

Last thing --> are there any good slash stories that center around the Enterprise of the reboot, with the crew just leaving after Kirk's promotion or even before on the run to foil Nero? I'm looking mostly for Kirk/Spock but all other pairings are accepted as well.

Hi, first post so please beware of spoilers for the story I'm looking for. I don't remember if there were any pairings at all in this story. All I really can remember is that Bones from the TOS verse manages come through the black hole (I think that's how he did it) and while he was in there he was able to recover two previously thought dead people.

The two people that TOS BONES is able to retrieve are George Kirk and Amanda Grayson. Sarek pretty much flips out as much as a Vulcan can when he feels their bond reactivate. George has serious issues with Winona because of the way she's treated Jim. And that's really all I can remember.

Anyone know where I can find this please?

I'm looking for fic where Kirk Prime meets reboot!Kirk or their lives somehow overlap. I'm not super picky about who travels to what universe. Added bonus is reboot!Kirk gets to meet George.

Actually, pretty much any crossover between the TOS characters and the reboot characters would make me super happy. Yup, give me anything. :)

The previous post has reminded me of a different fic where George was saved. In the fic I remember, the enterprise somehow beems George out of the Kelvin before it hit the Nerada. Or maybe George got to a shuttle and was pushed into the future.
Any way I know there is at least one fic out there that has George being pulled into the future right before the Kelvin is destroyed?
Does anyone know the fic I am talking about or I would take anything similar?

i read a fic where george kirk was kept prisoner on the narada and when kirk and pike beam out he gets deamed out too. its a wip and i think the last part l read had george telling jim how he told winona not to name him tiberius.

Nero goes through the black hole alone. meets up with George and Winona, then later Christopher. They end up having a OT4 pairing. Later Jim broings Spock home to meet the parents and Nero tells about how Jim would suck on his ears when he was a baby,

Also, there was a fic where Prime Spock arrives early and discovers the wreckage of the Kelvin, with only one survivor, baby Jim. He raises Jim as his own. I can't remember if spock ever tells Jim who he really is.
