Rescuing a captured Jim

I'm looking for the story in which Jim's crew (Bones and Spock I think) rescue Jim from an alien ship in which he's been held in a tiny hole in the wall for a long time. They find him by knocking on walls.

I'm sure I have this bookmarked, but I can't remember enough about the story to find it in my bookmarks. Help please!
