Permanently de-aged Spock and McCoy

Hi all,

I'm looking for a fic where Spock and McCoy are de-aged permanently and Jim is taking care of them. I seem to recall that it starts with Jim sleeping and little Spock and McCoy coming in and waking him. I think Jim's resigned from Starfleet and the crew comes to visit them at one point. I definitely remember Uhura telling Jim that he doesn't have to give up his life in order to take care of Spock and Bones but Jim insists on being the one to raise them. I think it was quite angsty and was a one-shot.
