STXI fic 'during' movie and general request

Hi Everyone,

I have been trying to sort through my massive amounts of bookmarks but I can't seem to find stories 'post Narada' but before they get back to Earth. I have a specific fic in mind where the Enterprise takes a long time to get back. They decide the go back to the Vulcan system and see if there are any other survivors. I think that they are headed for a Starbase eventually because it is closer than Earth. I know the details are a little bit sparse. I don't remember if this was gen or any other details than I think that they find Gaila as one of the survivors.

I've hit theme and want to read and re-read stories about the trip back to Earth. I'd love links to any and all (long, short, slash, gen) that people are willing to post.

Hi! Sounds like you might be talking about ceres_libera's "Switch"? It's a long, multi-part story, starting at the Academy. The later chapters deal with the Narada and its aftermath, including the search for survivors.
