Kirk/Mccoy fic search

I was wondering if anyone can remember this fic that I read ages ago. All that I can remember is that it was Kirk/Mccoy and the part of the story i remember is Jim and Bones are dating and go back to Jim's family house (i think) for the holidays and Bones goes outside and falls through the ice on the frozen over lake/pond thing. Jim ends up being able to pull him out and bring him inside. Not much of a description but it's all i remember, hopefully someone knows this fic. Thanks :)
