FOUND: K/S Kirk and Spock are dating, but Kirk doesn't realize

Hi, I'm looking for a fic where Spock thinks he and Kirk are dating (they kiss in the Vulcan way, he even thinks they are moving in together), and Kirk is completely oblivious. Spock doesn't realize until he sees Kirk hitting on someone right in front of him.

I think I misremembered parts of this one. Spock was in love / obssessed with Kirk. Kirk was kind of using him for sex when there was no one else but he was also agreeing to dates and then standing him up. Spock got it into his head to knock kirk up to bind him to him. Oh yeah and Spock starts to lose his mind.
