looking for Voyager fic series

Okay, at least ten years ago, I read a Voyager fic series in which the reason Starfleet Command was really after Chakotay was that he'd been their equivalent of special ops and their absolute best. (Teaching tactics at the Academy had been a cover.) He'd turned part of his cell into a SpecOps team and the "toy box" had been rescued from his ship before he blew it up and stored against future need. It was at least a trilogy, or maybe four stories. It was J/C and in PDF format on somebody's website. Does anyone know where I can find this?

Spock meets Frank/Winona recs

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for fics where Spock meets Frank or Winona under less than auspicious circumstances. Basically I'm looking for fics where Frank or Winona have been bad parents and they show up (preferably post 2009 movie) looking for Jim for whatever reason. I'd like Spock to be with Jim when they appear and for the confrontation to turn nasty and Spock or Jim's protective sides show. I've read:
