Kid!Bones & Kidfic in general

I have recently begun a new job working with children aged between 1 and 5 years old, and somehow I had forgotten before starting work just how smart kids really are. So I have to ask for kidfics, here's a few of the things I'd love to read.

1) Bones as a prominant if not main character
2) Kid Bones would be great, I haven't seen any fic where it's just him as a kid
3) No Spock/Kirk, unless they're the guardians of a little Bones
4) Joanna fics welcome, I have read a few but I can't remeber the names
5) Spock/Bones or Kirk/Bones much loved, genderswap included
6) No mirror verse or angst heavy fic please, Child abuse fics are ok, but only if the situation is somehow resolved and the abuser gets their cumupence!

I'm not really looking for m-preg fics, and by that I mean the actual pregnancy part, if a hild is the product of a m-preg that's fine, but I really would like fics that focus on kids, preferably younger one's and how the characters respond to them.

Also, is there a gen challenge thing around, I had an idea for a Kid!Bone's fic that I would love to offer up as a challenge to someone better able to write it.

Well, I didn't much care for kid!fic until I entered this fandom--and now I have favourites! You might like these:

Verde_ivy's Lord Rexor series is awesome fun, and fits your bill precisely, I think: http://verde-ivy.livejournal.com/71174.html. It's gen, and features a de-aged Kirk.

Lastly, avidita's "Tiny Grownup" series does deal with child abuse, but is not, I don't think, angsty in a depressing sort of way, although it is not airbrushed either. It features a young Joanna, with a Kirk/McCoy pairing. You could try it, here: http://avidita.livejournal.com/13068.html

There is a long unfinished fic I read once set in TOS with Bones raising a de-aged Spock, but I can't find it unfortunately, and don't recall it precisely, but you could try looking for it at ff.net (I think that's where I'd found it).

May I recommend the Life Changed On A Shuttle Series (http://pixelmayhem.livejournal.com/13255.html) by pixelmayhem. It's a WIP , but it prominently features Joanna, and is a fantabulous read!
