Spock/Kirk on Earth

Hello! How are you?
I'm trying to find a fanfic where spock and Kirk have to live in earth (bonus if is in 21st century) and share a flat (pretty much like that episode in the classic series "The City on the Edge of Forever") but spock and kirk end up dating (bonus if spock grows his hair like zachary quinto to hide his ears) (bonus² if bones is with them, just to be a sassy bastard and brilliant best friend)
I don't really care if is 2009/2013 movie's fanfic or original serie's fanfic ;)

The only thing that comes to my mind is CMM's AU AOS The Vulcan Who Fell to Earth (http://www.ksarchive.com/viewstory.php?sid=3384&warning=1): it is 21st century, Spock's ship crashes on Kirk's cornfield. Spock is injured and Kirk brings him to his house and takes care of him. Spock has long hair, which covers his ears. Eventually they fall in love. And Bones sometimes comes to visit to check on Kirk's health. Then he has a significant role in the story's development.
