Looking for two stories, K/S

Hi,

1st fic- Post Into Darkness-Jim is still in the hospital, Spock is there all the time, he is ready to tell Jim how he feels, but he is under the impression that Jim is now interested in Carol Marcus.  It is really McCoy that is dating her.  I believe that Spock goes/takes Jim home and they are there before Spock learns the truth.  Sorry so vague...


2nd fic- I'll be even more vague with this one-bits and pieces that I remember-Its K/S (of course) Its a long story, Jim and Spock are just beginning their relationship, they are in the transporter room and Gaila suddenly appears with 5 or 6 Vulcans or Romulans.  Everyone thought she was dead but in fact she has been on the ship with the other guys for awhile.  She ends up staying on the Enterprise with Jim and his crew.  Jim assigns her to Spock's team.  This may even be a wip.

no.1 has already been found,
no.2 i remember as well, it's on ao3, it's somewhere on the first 25 pages if you search kirk/spock sorted by kudos, oh gosh, i'm going through my reading history, but it's currently 150 pages long,.... how about yours? if you've read it on ao3 it must still be in your reading history?
i'll tell you if i find it

It's completed, slow build and at one point in the story they beam aboard some Vulcans and Gaila is among them. She stays on the Enterprise and works in computer sciences.
