1. Winona had killed Kodos and was in prison. Spock gets in contact with her. He wanted to learn about Kirk's past because he wanted to date Kirk. At one point Kirk and Spock are having dinner and when Spock makes a move on Kirk is hits him over the head. Spock wakes up in Sickbay.

2. This happens after Vulcan is destroyed. Bones and Galia are engaged. I believe that Spock and Kirk are bonded. Spock sends a note from the Vulcan embassy that he is going to end their bond. He wants to help rebuild Vulcan. Sarek and Old Spock try to change his mind. Jim is packing up their apartment because he is going on a 5 year mission. He puts all of the memento from his relationship with Spock in a b ox. Sarek comes to talk to Jim and he takes the box to Spock.

I'm looking for an older story that I read where Jim is with Carol Marcus and she's dies during the Sept 11 tragedy. Jim is left with baby David. I remember he lives in an apt. And I think Bones is his neighbor and they meet through the tragedy. Spock, Nyota, and Gaila are his friends.
Does any one remember this fic? I remember that it was a pretty long fic.

I'm looking for a fic I read once a couple years ago. I should have book marked it but I didn't. It's AOS for sure. Bones is playing pool with the bridge crew and he's a really good pool player. Gaila is watching him play and it really turns her on. Jim watches him too in a possessive way and she also watches Jim watching McCoy. I seem to remember that it's a very short story though. Hope someone remembers it.

My friend read a reboot Trek fic here on LJ awhile back and I'd really like to read it. It featured Jim being best friends with Gaila, the pairing was Kirk/Spock, it was multi-chapter, and Kirk was dying. My friend doesn't remember if he died or not, or anything else about the fic, but if this rings any bells please let me know! We'd both like to read it!

Are there any fics where fem!Jim never went to Starfleet Academy but she still meets the others? And maybe a Kirk/Spock pairing? Another is, are there any fics where either Jim and/or Spock ran away from home (Spock due to the bullying and Jim for a reason) and when their families see them again, they're already together? or is that one just my wishful thinking again?

It's been bothering me for about a week... I can't find what I suspect is a rather well known fic. I know it's AoS/Abrams-verse.

Amanda is either on Earth when Vulcan is destroyed, or Spock manages to grab her. However, Sarek does not survive. Amanda, as an Ambassador's wife, ends up working the diplomatic angle with, I want to say Galia as an aide? She works to make the Federation's people sympathetic for the plight of the remaining Vulcans. Oh, there's a Vulcan who is appointed to the Council that absolutely loathes Amanda. This causes problems for Amanda in particular later on.

Pretty sure this is a K/S piece as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey,

I'm looking for a fic I read awhile back that has Kirk visiting Gaila's headstone at the cemetery on Earth. He runs into Spock and Uhura, and she makes a remark before she see that another headstone has Winona's name on it. This causes Spock to see Kirk in a new light, especially considering the fight on the Bridge.

I'm looking for a Spirk fic where Orions and Vulcans live on the same planet. The Orions live up in a mountainous region, where Gaila is queen and Kirk (who is still a human) is her consort/champion. The Vulcans send a small diplomatic party, planning for a war, which includes Spock. Naturally, Kirk and Spock are through together a lot, they duel playfully and eventually Spock believes Kirk is his t'hy'la and tells him so There may be some neck snapping of third parties at this point, to prove that point.
If anyone remembers this fic, please help. I greatly appreciate it, thank you!

Hi,

1st fic- Post Into Darkness-Jim is still in the hospital, Spock is there all the time, he is ready to tell Jim how he feels, but he is under the impression that Jim is now interested in Carol Marcus. It is really McCoy that is dating her. I believe that Spock goes/takes Jim home and they are there before Spock learns the truth. Sorry so vague...

2nd fic- I'll be even more vague with this one-bits and pieces that I remember-Its K/S (of course) Its a long story, Jim and Spock are just beginning their relationship, they are in the transporter room and Gaila suddenly appears with 5 or 6 Vulcans or Romulans. Everyone thought she was dead but in fact she has been on the ship with the other guys for awhile. She ends up staying on the Enterprise with Jim and his crew. Jim assigns her to Spock's team. This may even be a wip.

I was wondering if there were any stories with either of these two pairings. I really liked the dynamic between Jim and SpockPrime and would love to see stories of them together, whether as friends or lovers.

I'd also love your Jim/Gaila stories (friends, lovers, etc). Preferably post-movie, and it'd be nice to see stories where they are in a lasting relationship or have a close friendship.

I'm looking for several different fics.

1. Ones that showcase Jim's intelligence. I like reading about how people are surprised at his smarts and unexpected skills. Something like waldorph's series, and I really enjoyed "Graduate Vulcan for Fun and Profit".

2. Fics featuring Gaila. For she is awesome and I love her. ♥ ♥ ♥

3. Fics where the meld with Spock Prime left stuff behind, like memories. I'd prefer more gen on this, but romance is fine as well, as long as not all the memories are about feelings. XP

4. A specific fic. It's Kirk/Spock and the Enterprise is helping the Vulcan colony. The scene I remember is Jim, Spock and some others are exploring caves for water, and there's a cave-in. Jim nearly dies but is rescued...I think by someone from engineering? I think Kirk and Spock also form a friendship with a female Vulcan/human couple.

I'm looking for any fic out there that involves not only Gaila as the main character but also where it goes in-depth about her and her culture and why she chose to be in StarFleet and all that.

I'm looking for some interesting commentary and good writing behind her being an Orion in Starfleet to be blunt.

Whether the fic is general or has her in a relationship, I'm happy with either way.

I'm trying to remember a post-Reboot fic that has Jim blowing up at Uhura with the statement that he and Gaila were friends. Or the line may have been that 'he cared about her.' Either way, it's one of those 'self-righteous Uhura confronted by poor, misunderstood Jim' scenes. I believe the story is one that starts where the movie ends but all I can remember is that one bit. I think the confrontation takes place in the mess hall or a cafeteria.

The main fic is most likely kirk/spock as I was reading a ton of that at the time.

Any help would be deeply appreciated. Sorry that there is so little to go on!

So I'm looking for a certain Reaper!Bones/Kirk story. The only parts I remember is pretty much the climatic parts so yeah. The Enterprise is sent to Mars for some reason to reopen and explore Olduvai. During their running around Bones finds the vials of C-24 on mars and there are 7 of them and takes them with him. Kirk might have been dying so Bones might have injected him with the C-24. But after all that stuff happens All of the people (scotty, sulu, Spock and bones) have a talk and Bones gives each of them 2 vials for them and their partners to do with as they please.

Hi, all. I'm looking for a au!Kirk/McCoy fic I read a long time ago:

McCoy is struggling to save money for a trip to see his daughter in Georgia and ends up working at a Walgreens-type of store in the mall. Kirk meets him at the checkout and keeps coming back to buy stupid stuff just so he can see him. Spock and Uhura are McCoy's next door neighbors. Chekov is a checkout boy, along with Gaila, and Pike is the store manager.

That's pretty much what I remember.

So, I've recently totally and utterly fallen in love with Gaila. I'm looking for fics that feature her as a main-ish character. Normally I only do slash pairings, but I'll take anything that features her. She can be a half of the main couple, or a good friend, or whatever. Just, gimme Gaila. Wait, is there a TOS Gaila? (I was 9 when I watched TOS, I'm pretty sure I can be forgiven for forgetting some stuff.) If there is, I'll take that, but if not just Reboot fic please ^_^
