Looking for a kink meme story, I think...So Original

Jim is ordered to participate to get an treaty for dilithium. He is to participate in a humiliating ritual that is meant to humiliate the highest ranking person. He is raped and ask Spoke to let him recover before he goes back to the ship. But wakes up in Sickbay because the rape was so brutal he nearly died. Only Spock, Uhura and Macoy sit with him while he is recovering. He bonds with Uhura during the recovery. I know I read it, just can not remember where. Please Help, Thanks.

You need to cut and trigger warn for rape.

....rape is a tag.... maybe they should trigger the tag... or the first three letters.... or the word .... spell it maybe r**e or r*p* or the "term that should not be named"

Considering that the tags are at the end of the post, it's quite difficult for people who are triggered by rape to know that it is there until they've read the post and been triggered. Also you're a douchebag for making fun of people's traumatic experiences.

I was scarred by a douching accident as a child and your douchbag pejorative and hostile tone triggers me. I feel triggered.

FFS, I'm a rape victim who has night-terrors and flashbacks, and I STILL didn't find the OP "triggering".
If someone's so bad they find the phrase "Kirk was raped and nearly died" -- or any variant thereof -- legitimately triggering, they need to get off the internet. I've seen worse things on Facebook.

Could it be "Diplomatic Efforts (http://archiveofourown.org/works/77229)" by Ninhursag?

You're welcome :-)
