Fic search - 'When Dads come home' by Rose Aislin

Hi all, I'm searching for an old fic called 'When Dads come home' by Rose Aislin. All the links I've found go to her journal - which has been deleted. I was hoping someone had another link to it? Or had a saved copy they'd be willing to share?

It's a Jim/Bones fic where Bones takes Jim with him to visit Jo, and Jo and her friend assume that Jim and Bones are totally dating. I believe it was a fill for the kink meme - if that helps.

Thanks.

(I'd also be happy with any fics by Rose Aislin if anyone has or knows where to find any others - but this is the one I was craving to reread tonight and couldn't find)

I'm sorry to say that the author is pretty specific in what she wants done to her fics; https://www.fanfiction.net/u/1206318/Rose-Aislin

'While a difficult decision, I have decided to no longer actively participate in fandom, and to remove all my fics, as far as possible, from the Internet.

If anyone has archived my fic elsewhere, I ask that you remove and/or delete it.

Thank you.'

So....

I usually try to google the author and the story title and go from there (or even just author nick and fandom). If there author is good there's usually rec list and stuff even outside of wherever the author may have posted (or other searches+). Did know about this particular author though and was sad to learn she left fanfiction... but thats life.

In general I recommend that you save the stories you want to reread (or everything an author has posted)... and I mean as a physical file and not as a link. Sometimes pages shut down without warning (like geocities did), authors move their stories to somewhere else, or remove some stories (or loose them for that matter) or make changes or even choose to leave fandom altogether.. the only true way to ensure you have the stories you'd love to read again is to do so.

Have a nice day:)

Try this one

This isn't the one by Rose A., which I have never read, but it's got a plot similar to the one you described and it's delightful. I love Joanna in this and Jim is such a sweetie here. Hope you enjoy it
