[FOUND] why Jim ended up in Delta Vega anyway? Kirk/Spock

Hi, I am searching a story Kirk/Spock where they meet before the academy or in the academy I can't remember that well. But the summary was something like: Spock and Jim knew each other bla bla bla then why Jim ended up in Delta Vega anyway? I know that it was because cupcake wanted revenge and alas... they threw him in Delta Vega, when Spock only left in unconscious in sick bay. I know too that when Jim finds Spock Prime he freaks and asks SP if he was another crazy relative of his Spock. 

That's pretty much all I remember. I think they are bond to... but I don't really know.
