Uhura POV Kirk/Spock fic

I'm hoping someone knows this story, I haven't had any luck finding it.  I think maybe the genre is hurt/comfort.

It's possible Uhura and Spock were together at the beginning, but the breakup may not be directly addressed in the story.  The crew wanted to surprise Kirk while he was sleeping and discovered that he was disturbed.  Later Kirk and Spock are lying on the beach together (Kirk sleep?) and Uhura wants to touch Kirk because she wants to comfort him and she looks to Spock to see if it's okay.  He calls her sister and allows it.

NC-17, Sex in the Park

Hello, I'm looking for an adult fic based on Kirk and Bones having sex in (I think) Golden Gate park on Earth. Kirk is on his tiptoes  hanging from a tree when he and Bones have sex. There are toys involved and then Bones leaves Kirk at the Park for others to find and play with. I think I originally read this on the Captain and the Doctor LJ but I can't find it any where! Thanks in advance! :) 

Psychologist on board to "evaluate" the Enterprise

I think this was on ff net but of course I can't find it now!   psychologist/psychiatrist got sent to the Enterprise to assess the mental health (!) of the crew. He got the run around (of course) especially coz McCoy gave everyone some 'background reading' - specifically relating to the 'ink blot' tests. Unsure if gen or not. Help?

Kirk/Spock as classmates, Pike adopted Kirk

I'm going to kick myself when someone finds this, I know I will. But I'm looking for a story wherein Pike gained custody of Kirk after he realized how unfit Winnona was as a parent.  Sarek makes the decision to move his family to earth, to avoid the Vulcan bigotry against Spock, and the two end up as classmates (and roommates, I believe).  Several scenes I can recall include, a) Kirk being allowed early access to the Kelvin memorial every year, to talk with his father. b) Both Spock and Kirk receiving training from a Vulcan in the mind disciplines. c) Kirk protecting Spock from an unwelcome encounter with a xenophobic substitute teacher.  I should also mention that I believe Kirk was supposed to be one quarter Betazoid, and his paternal grandmother was apparently attempting to make use of him, socially.  I can't remember if that particular problem had a resolution.  For that matter, I can't remember if this was completed, or wip.  Please, will someone find this so I can call myself an idiot and get it over with?

Edit: Story has been found.  (In less than 5 minutes.  I am a failure as a fic archiver.)  Also, I am an idiot.  Thank you, wonderful community, for existing.
