Uhura POV Kirk/Spock fic

I'm hoping someone knows this story, I haven't had any luck finding it.  I think maybe the genre is hurt/comfort.

It's possible Uhura and Spock were together at the beginning, but the breakup may not be directly addressed in the story.  The crew wanted to surprise Kirk while he was sleeping and discovered that he was disturbed.  Later Kirk and Spock are lying on the beach together (Kirk sleep?) and Uhura wants to touch Kirk because she wants to comfort him and she looks to Spock to see if it's okay.  He calls her sister and allows it.
