Kirk/Uhura Under the Influence

So I'm looking for this seriously hot Kirk/Uhura fic -- not  a pairing I usually read, but this was recommended and it really was very good.

Kirk gets drugged with an aphrodisiac whilst he and Uhura are in a cell together, captured by some enemies. The thing is, the aphrodisiac is incredibly dangerous -- as in, if you don't submit to it and have sex, you die. But he resists, and injures himself whilst doing it -- I think he bites through his lip or practially claws the skin on his wrists to pieces or something. Eventually, Uhura just has sex with him to help him and they're beamed up, ahem, right in the middle of it. Naturally, after Kirk has recovered, he feels really guilty, but Uhura soon puts him to rights about that by saying that she'd never been with a better lover and that he'd made her come (I think) at least twice before he even came once. and then they have sex again.

It was really very good, and I'd love to read it again., so any help would be very much appreciated.
