role reversal fic, reboot 'verse

Looking for role-reversal stuff in reboot 'verse. Seen plenty of gender-switch, was just wondering if any role-switch had appeared yet, or is the fandom too young?

ie, Kirk's the CMO and McCoy's the Captain, Scotty's the communications officer and Uhura's the Engineer, etc.

No real preference on pairing/gen/ice cubes

Hello everyone! I'm just getting into this pairing, and I was hoping you guys could recommend me your favorite Spock/McCoy fics. Any rating is fine by me, but I'd greatly prefer stories that take place in the TOS-verse =)

Speaking of which, a while back I read a fic written from McCoy's POV, in which Spock was pretty much in love with him, but McCoy didn't return his feelings (because he was straight). I think that it pretty much spanned McCoy's lifetime (or close to it), there was a reference to Pon Farr, and it might have been called something like 'The Straight Truth'? I can't seem to remember much more than that, but I'd really like to read it again - does that ring any bells with anyone?
