Spock tribble fic

alright i'm looking for a star trek fic that takes place after the episode where spock gets hurt with the poison darts while protecting kirk. McCoy tells him that dog saliva helped him when he was younger and when a tribble lands on his wound spock lets it eat (maybe) the poison from him. This results in green tribbles. Please if someone could help me find this it would be much appreciated.FOUND. thank you
