K/S sorta forced marriage fic?

I remember reading this a few months ago, it was fairly long. Kirk is having some trouble with his Federation citizenship because he was born in space, and if he can't fix it he can't be Captain. Spock volunteers to marry him. Slowly, they come to love each other. I remember there was one scene with Pike was on board to make sure they weren't faking it and he's talking to Spock. Spock realizes Kirk was injured through a tentative bond they made, and runs off to be with Jim. Pike had thought they might be faking, but that convinces him they aren't. They bond fully by the end.

One of the first first Star Trek fics I read was a Jim/Spock pieces written in the 70s and published in one of the T'hy'la zines (I know it's still around because I read it within the year or so). It took place in the Mirror!verse or at least just an AU on Vulcan where they never followed the teachings of Surak and were still a very war based culture. Kirk is a slave that a different Vulcan has but ultimately Spock ends up with. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
