Tarsus IV K/S fic

I'm looking for a Tarsus IV fic where Jim starts hanging out with Kevin Riley on the USS Enterprise--a lot--and Spock is jealous that Kirk is spending all of his Spock-time with a random ensign. I think later Kirk tells Spock that they were both on Tarsus IV. I'm pretty sure it was a K/S fic.
