Kirk/McCoy Quasi-Stalking Fic

Hey all! I'm looking for a Kirk/McCoy fic. It starts at the academy. Bones is receiving gifts (maybe once a month?) that come with a note: "Because You're You." He doesn't know who they're from, or how this person is getting into his room. When he is stationed on the Enterprise, he is sad because he doesn't think he'll ever find out. But he gets another gift, and this time, the note is handwritten. He recognizes the writing to be Kirk's. I'm pretty sure the fic is called Because You're You, but I can't find it. I thought it was on FFnet, but... if that's the title, it's not there. Can anyone help me out? (Or give me a link to something similar -- I'm not picky. ^.^)

Doesnt have to be slash.. could be pre-slash or gen or whatever genre.. I'm so Spock-deprived TT.TT~

oh and another thing, my sis told me of this one Kirk/Spock fic that went something like: Kirk wrote letters to Spock that he would get after Kirk's death. It's angst with character's death and a oneshot (i think). I think at the ened Spock would end up with this new recruit that is quite similar to Kirk and apparently Kirk actually entrusted all the letters to this new guy.. or something like that..
She totally forgot the author's name or the fic's title.. but it sounds so interesting that I really wanna read it.. So if anyone know any fic that have similar plot?? *hands everyone some cookies*
