I can't recall the entire story but I clearly remember in one scene Jim makes up a safe word, I think pineapple? But he never uses it and Bones hits him with a table chair. Any help?

I recently reread a fic that in passing described Jim and Sam as like two wolf cubs - protecting each other, relying on each other etc. And I wondered if there were any fics out there where Sam didn't leave, or if he did he took Jim with him. So as a result hey grew up together and rely on each other and they're still tight even after Jim's at the Academy? Any recs would be greatly appreciated.

I've been reading Kirk/Spock for a while now, and while I still absolutely adore it I'm sort of curious about the Kirk/Bones fics out there.

If you guys could rec me some Kirk/Bones fics (reboot only please!) that's got insecure and needy Jim (ugh, I can't help it - that's my favorite type of Jim ♥) that would be so awesome ♥
