k/s after the war

looking for a k/s story that takes place after the war. i believe Spock is killed in the war and kirk retires to Vulcan and hallucinates that Spock is still alive.

 Anyone know any good Spock-Kirk-McCoy love triangles with Spock and McCoy both vying for Kirk's affection? I'd prefer something that ends in K/S or K/S/M, but any way is good, so long as there's no character bashing.
