Spock leaves the Enterprise

Hi, looking for another K/S fic. They get together and end up going to sleep one night and in the morning Kirk wakes up alone-don't remember if they bonded or not. Spock is gone and come to find out he isn't even on the ship anymore. Kirk is crushed and calls Spock prime to see if he knows anything and prime brushes him off. Then war breaks out. I think it lasts 3 years and Kirk and the Enterprise are in the thck of it for the whole thing. I think Kirk ends up winning the war for the Federation somehow. Kirk is a big hero etc. After the war ends Kirk is cutting through a terminal after ditching his bodygaurds and runs into Spock, Spock prime and Sarek. Kirk is still deeply hurt by how the 2 Spocks treated him and what they did to him so he turns around without saying a word and takes off. Don't remember if they get back together or not. Lots of Kirk emotional hurting.
