Sick Spock, Worried Jim.

 I'm looking for a fic I read a few months ago- I've been searching for the past 2 weeks, and just found this community- Hallelujah! Anyways, it was an established relationship fic with Jim and Spock. Spock got some sort of rash and it turned out he had a failing kidney/liver (I cannot for the life of me remember which) and gets pretty sick.  There was much worry on Jim's behalf and sweet relationship stuff,. I also vaguely remember something about Vulcans not being able to vomit, though it wasn't a major plot point, I just recall is especially for some reason.
Any help in finding this would be much appreciated!
