I recently read a story in which Jim's grandfather played a fairly prominent role; and I enjoyed reading about Grandfather Tiberius.  It would be greatly appreciated if anybody could rec some fiction with Kirk's grandpa; the tough old guy.  It could be au or otherwise and any pairing.

--Love the angst and insecure, as long as there is lots of love and comfort to balance it.
*Love the strength play between jim and spock, added sweetness for bones being there as well*
