Jim Moves to Vulcan

I read a Fic a while back about Jim going to live on Vulcan with his mom, He meets Spock and they become friends. Both in there teen's.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any stories that due to most of the Vulcan race dying with the destruction of their planet they end up reverting back to more pre-Surak Vulcans.  What I mean is they become a more violent and feral people.  Probably still very logical but very feral. Could be caused by so many losing their bond mates?  Could be that bonding settles them more but they are still more apt to violence and being rather feral. I'd love a Spock/Kirk first time pairing but I'd really take anything along these lines.  If there aren't any stories like this out there does anyone know of a site where you can post bunnies for this genre? I've actually got several ideas I'd love to see written.
