So I know I read this fic where Spock has to go to New Vulcan to bond with Stonn (or some other male vulcan).  He had a relationship with McCoy but wasn't bonded.  Spock doesn't want to bond so the vulcan rapes him but all the other vulcans are ok with it because they feel the need to promote the species is more important than any crimes.  It goes into a lot of detail of how sex changes the bottom partner so males can get pregnant.  New vulcan needs medical help and the enterprise is around so McCoy and spock meet up again.  During an exam, mccoy realizes what happened and takes spock back to the ship. 

If anyone recognizes it, I would greatly appreciate the help.  I wasn't able to find it and now its driving me crazy!!
