Spock on trial

I'm looking for a fic I read a while ago.
The only thing I remember about it is that Spock was on trial ( probably court martial) following the events of the last movie. I think starfleet was looking for someone to blame and Spock was sort of numb and feeling guilty so he was not defending himself. When Kirk realized what was happening, he made sure the charges were dropped.

Looking for a specific fic

I'm looking for a fic that I read a while ago but I just can't find it. It is a post-STXI fic from Kirk's POV. He writes an autobiography in his spare time over the first few years of the 5-year mission and then sends it to Pike. Chris tells him it should be published and they edit it so it can be published anonymously. The book becomes a bestseller. The first run is printed on actual paper (I think). At some point it mentions Tarsus IV. That's all I remember. I don't think it was a very long fic. If anyone can help thanks in advance. 

A Request Which May Or May Not Have Been Filled

So, a while ago (a few months, more like...), I posted a request on the STXI kinkmeme while anon, and subsequently lost it, so I never even saw whether or not it got filled. It was something along the lines of, "Five times a random ensign was absolutely certain that Kirk and Spock were in a relationship, but nobody believed them, and the one time they were vindicated in front of everybody."

Hurt/Sick Jim-Comforting Bones

Decided to change this request for fics to anything that has a sick/hurt Jim and a comforting Bones. Would love any and all suggestions that anyone can make.

As I said before I love stories that take place right after the Enterprise destroyed the Narada, but I changed my mind. I'll take stories that have the hurt/sickness happening whenever.

I don't mind slash but I prefer gen.
