The story focuses on kirk, and I think I read it on fanfiction.net.

The only thing I remember is the crew goes on an away mission or off planet. Kirk sees a guy take advantage of a girl and he gets angry because he knows that guy is abusing the girl. They get into a fight where Kirk is eventually on top of the guy punching him, and yelling something along these lines "no kid ever asks for something like that."

Basically, he was abused as a child (sexual or physical) and he was angry that he saw it happen with this girl.

Every crew member was with him and they all witnessed it and picked up the implications.

The story takes place in the 2009 verse.

I'm looking for anything were one or both charcters are asexual ALL THE TIME! I'm not saying that the asexual charcter can't not engage in sexual acts with their partner, but they can't magically discover that they're actually hetro/homo/bi sexual because of their partner's presence in their life. Sorry if this request leads to dead ends, but as a asexual myself I would really like somthing that represents a realistic approach to myself as well as others who share my oreoantion.

The second one is a Sulu/Chekov fic. Sulu had a daughter with Chekov, but instead of sticking around Sulu became Captain of a Starship and hasn't seen either of them from the time his daughter was very young. He gets back to earth and tries to reconnect with them.

Any Reboot Spock/Saavik? What about Mirror verse Spock/Saavik, Saavik by herself, Uhura/Rand (spefcially "Doppleganger" by Ann Douglas, which first appeared here: http://www.asstr.org/~muff/pairings.html ) , or genderbender.

Some really good Archer/T'Pol, Riker/Tori, or Pichard/Tori fics.
