I'm looking for fic that stars Jim. Its partly told by the POV of this reporter who chronicles Jim's life (and the abuses that he goes through)
At one point in the story its talks about Jim when he was on tarsus he gets info out to this reporter about what's happening.
This reporter later marries an admiral and I think the ending to fic is when Jim and Spock "come clean" on inter-galactic television about their relationship and she is the interviewer.
