Homeless!Spock

Hi, everyone!

This one fic has been bothering me and I can't find it. It was one where Spock decided to not join the Enterprise, and at the end of the five year mission, Jim gives a few credits to Spock, who os now homeless. Any clues?

Looking for a Spock/Kirk as kids fic

It's called "A Matter of Choice" and it's where Jim and Spock meet when Jim snuck away to San Fran to see a conference of the Kelvin/George Kirk, he meets pike there as well and faces off against a Romulan. The last part I read, he had been kidnapped and Pike and crew along with Spock and family were falling the single from a tracker that spock put into Jim.

Any one have a clue where to find it?
