Found! Looking for Kirk/McCoy au

I'm looking for a Kirk/McCoy au story where McCoy is a doctor in a clinic and Kirk brings in Sulu (I think) who has been shot. Kirk is the head of a gang or maybe the mob and they control San Fransisco. Spock is his second in command and Chekov and Uhura also members of his crew.. McCoy treats Sulu and then Kirk begins to pursue him and he won't take no for an answer. Kirk is violent and possessive.   I can't remember if it's a modern day au or set in the future. I think it's a Star Trek big bang fic but I've been through the masterlists a few times and i can't find it. Also repeated google searches have turned up nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated
